SHEROES United is dedicated to:

• Supporting victims of domestic violence and human trafficking 
• Empowering women in recovery and transition 
• Providing leadership development and life skills training 
• Creating programs that drive long-term change and prevention 

SHEROES United has operated across international environments, engaging directly with vulnerable populations and global communities. 

Key efforts include: 

• Engagement at the Holy See (Vatican City), including support and interaction with Congolese women and children displaced by violence 
• Humanitarian missions to remote regions of India, delivering essential supplies to women and children in underserved communities 

• Ongoing international outreach supporting women in crisis environments 

SHEROES United operates as a nonprofit organization focused on program development, education, and direct support initiatives. 

The organization works collaboratively with partners, agencies, and communities to expand its reach and impact. 

SHEROES United continues to expand its programs and partnerships, with a focus on: 

• Program development and scaling 

• Community and institutional collaboration 

• Funding and resource alignment 

• Expanding impact across local and global environments 

SHEROES United was created to serve as a place of connection, encouragement, leadership, and support for women navigating life’s challenges and transitions.

Over the years, SHEROES United has engaged women from many different backgrounds and experiences, including veterans, first responders, survivors of domestic violence, survivors of exploitation and trafficking, women in recovery, women transitioning from incarceration, caregivers, community leaders, and young women seeking mentorship and direction

While each journey is unique, many experiences overlap.
A woman veteran may also be a survivor of domestic violence.
A first responder may be navigating trauma, loss, or personal challenges.

A woman rebuilding her life after incarceration may also be a survivor seeking safety and stability.

SHEROES United recognizes that people cannot be placed into simple categories.

Our mission is to create a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who understand their experiences, share their stories, build resilience, and discover new opportunities for growth and leadership

Since its founding in 2012, SHEROES United has worked to encourage awareness, education, advocacy, and meaningful public dialogue surrounding issues that affect women, families, veterans, first responders, and vulnerable populations.

Long before many of these topics became part of mainstream conversation, SHEROES United participated in educational efforts, public discussions, community outreach initiatives, and awareness campaigns focused on domestic violence, exploitation, human trafficking awareness, military trauma, sexual assault, recovery, incarceration, mental wellness, and the challenges individuals face during major life transitions.

Many of the challenges facing women, veterans, and families are interconnected. A veteran may also be a survivor. A first responder may be navigating trauma. A woman rebuilding her life may be overcoming multiple obstacles simultaneously. Individuals cannot be defined by a single experience or circumstance.

Through education, advocacy, leadership development, community engagement, and collaborative partnerships, SHEROES United helps foster informed conversations that reduce stigma, strengthen support systems, and create opportunities for growth, healing, and resilience.

By bringing people together through shared experiences, educational opportunities, leadership initiatives, and community partnerships, SHEROES United continues to build bridges of understanding while promoting empowerment, hope, and positive change.
